Great night for a track workout. I think there were about 15-20 who showed up. We started with a warm-up. Tonight’s workout was 4 laps x 3 with a recovery lap in-between. That was followed by 3 laps x 3 with a recovery lap in-between. Looking forward to next week!
For those who signed up for the Indoor Track Workouts they begin this Friday. Hope to see you there!
Having postponed the run for a day because of dangerous temperatures it was a beautiful mostly sunny day to run. Snow covered most of the roads which made some places slick and footing tough. There was some beautiful ice both in Norrie Point as well as near the turnaround point that I enjoyed immensely especially as the temperature rose and the ice was making cracking sounds. I saw many familiar faces as well as a few wearing Shawangunk clothing. 20 brave souls completed the entire 50k. You can find results and links to pictures on the Races page.
