Indoor Track Workout #1

Great night for a track workout. I think there were about 15-20 who showed up. We started with a warm-up. Tonight’s workout was 4 laps x 3 with a recovery lap in-between. That was followed by 3 laps x 3 with a recovery lap in-between. Looking forward to next week!

    Chris – we had 21 people at the first friday night workout and people can still sign up to get their names on the list- they are not limiting us to 30 names like last year 🙂
