Water Stations – There will be 3 water stops.
* 1.75 miles Echo Rock (Hamilton Carriageway: yellow)
* 4.4 miles Castle Rock (blue)
* 7.6 miles intersection of Castlepoint Carriageway and Lake Minnewaska Carriageway ( red).
Note: It can be extremely hot. If you believe you might need more hydration please carry your own.

There will be post-race refreshments

Everyone must be off the trails by 8:30 pm at the latest, and out of the park by 9pm. If you will need more than 2 hours to finish please make arrangements for an early start. Only those who will take over 2 hours can start early (no early start just because).

Award example will be posted closer to the event.

After a 3-year absence from Lake Minnewaska (1-year construction, 2 years COVID) the Summer Solstice Run (8.6 miles) is back at beautiful Lake Minnewaska State Park.

It is Wednesday evening 6/22/22.
