The Rock and Snow “Bridge 2 Bridge” 5 Mile Run is coming up on Saturday April 11th. The Shawangunk Runners help put on the event and we are looking for volunteers to help out at the event.

The Shawangunk Runners are putting on a Youth Track & Field Development Program for children ages 7-14 starting April 16th.
Providing introductory running, athletic skill, and field event instruction for ages 7-14. Led by New York State and USA Track and Field certified coach, representatives of the Shawangunk Running Club, and volunteer high school varsity athletes.
Activities will vary and may include: sprinting, distance running, relays, long jump, shot put, turbo javelin, hurdles and team running games.
